Project Wonder
process MODULES
Each module is based on a core Project Wonder process element and is designed not only to help you envision and complete a successful social action but also to discover your passions, deepen your communities and fuel your motivation in life.
Within each module, you'll find different tracks with interactive curriculum and activities hosted and integrated on the Wonderment platform, a free creative collaboration space created by our non-profit partners at The Wonderment Cooperative. Beyond simply hosting the activities, the platform also provides an intentional digital space where participants can build community and a tangible portfolio of their thinking and work.
We make access to the curriculum, platform and activities free to use. For schools, groups and individual young people who want more personalized support and access to the full PW community experiences and resources, we also offer various direct support options.
MODULE 1:
PERSONAL INVENTORY
Welcome to a foundational journey into self-discovery! In this module, you'll learn how to identify passions, leverage strengths, align your actions to values and set goals that are based on your self-awareness. This paves the way for creating a project and identifying actions that are authentic to who you are and how you work.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Engaging with your community helps you understand where you can best use your strengths and passions. In this module, you'll learn how to prioritize stakeholders, reflect on adaptability, foster empathy, build shared vision and master professional communication. All of this helps you understand the best way to utilize the relationships (and serve the real needs) around you.

strategic vision
Your skills to envision and strategize meaningful projects are the key to discovering opportunities for team and community growth while also applying your unique strengths and personal desires. In this module, you'll learn how to engage in market research through observation, surveys, and analysis of secondary research—and bring your insights together with a video presentation that showcases your project idea for your community.

MOTIVATION MATRIX
Unlock the keys to what drives you and what will keep your project moving. In this module, you'll explore different types of motivation and key theories that will help you understand how you stay motivated. Learn how to find a mentor who can guide you. Gain essential planning and logistics skills to bring your ideas to life. Let’s get this project going with your very best energy!

MARKETING & MONEY
Marketing your project and managing its finances well are crucial to its sustainability and success. In this module, you'll learn how to create a compelling mission statement, define your audience and set SMART goals—all while building essential budgeting skills and considering the ethical and strategic implications of your decisions.

Now you're ready to dive into the core elements of implementing your community service project effectively and navigating obstacles along the way.
